FCP Speakers Bureau 2019-2020 Applications Accepted

FCP is offering the opportunity to participate in our 2019-2020 Speakers Bureau, in collaboration with the Academy Foundation and with funding from our FCP/Foundation Fund.

Selected speakers will be matched with states/affiliates interested in having (and awarded the opportunity to have) a FCP speaker at their annual meeting. Each year we fund between 4 and 6 speakers for presentations.

Speaker requirements:
- Applicants must have been a FCP member for 2 years
- Applicants must agree to the terms and conditions related to this opportunity.  (Total honorarium and travel capped at $2,000.00 from all sources).

If you are interested in being a speaker, please submit an online application with up to 2 possible topics. 
Topics must be related to our core competency categories. including:
- Sensory Perception and Evaluation
- Basic Cooking Skills
- Cooking Techniques
- Menu and Meal Planning
- Ingredient Selection
- Recipe Development and Modification
- Communicating About Food
- Food Retailing
- Food Safety
- Sustainable Agriculture
- Food Trends
