Krystal Register, MS, RDN, LDN
Supermarket/Retail Subgroup Chair
Krystal Register, MS, RD, LDN has been a Wegmans Nutritionist in the VA/MD/DC area for over ten years.  Her mission is to help people live healthier, better lives through food by providing accurate nutrition information while promoting health and wellness in the stores, community and media.  Krystal’s background includes environmental and nutrition science studies with degrees from the College of William and Mary and James Madison University, with both clinical and personal coaching experience.

Food Safety Subgroup Chair
Theresa Stretch, MS, RDN, CP-FS, is the Executive Director of Systems Development for Synergy Visions, LLC.  Synergy Visions, LLC, is an elite strategic service provider specializing in cultivating partnerships to promote common visions.  For the past 20 years, Theresa has been instrumental in food safety and HACCP activities on the federal and national level.  Since 2000, Theresa has also served as an Education and Training Specialist at the Institute of Child Nutrition, located at the University of Mississippi.

Cheryl Dolven, MS, RD
Restaurant/Hospitality Subgroup Chair

An award-winning dietitian, Cheryl L. Dolven, MS, RD currently leads health and wellness initiatives for food and beverages served in Walt Disney Parks and Resorts worldwide.  Before joining Disney, Cheryl served as a corporate dietitian for the Kellogg Company, Albertsons, Hy-Vee and Darden.  Cheryl is passionate about translating sound science and consumer insights into compelling messages, advice and products for consumers.  Cheryl is co-author of the book “Recipe Nutrient Analysis:  Best Practices for Calculation and Chemical Analysis.”

Charlotte Rommereim
, RD, LN, LD
Agriculture Subgroup Chair
Charlotte Rommereim, RD, LD, LN is a consultant dietitian for long term care facilities and rural hospitals. With her unique perspective as a dietitian who understands the agriculture industry, she has been a resource for the National Pork Board as a speaker and a member and past chairman of the Pork Safety, Quality and Human Nutrition committee.  Charlotte has been a resource and speaker for South Dakota agriculture organizations to help facilitate the connection between healthy food and the farms that raise it.

Bob Earl, MPH, RD
FCP Foundation Fund Chair

Robert (Bob) Earl is the global director, policy development, global scientific & regulatory affairs, The Coca-Cola Company. Previously, he was vice president of science policy, Grocery Manufacturers Association; vice president of public health, International Food Information Council; study director, Food & Nutrition Board, Institute of Medicine; and ADA’s administrator of government affairs. He served as FCP chair, Speaker of the Academy’s House of Delegates, Board of Directors, Foundation Board, and numerous other leadership positions. Bob received the Academy’s Medallion Award in 2008.  

Alice Lenihan, RD

Alice Lenihan, MPH, R, LDN is the Senior Global Clinical Advisor for the Special Olympic International Healthy Athletes, Health Promotion Program. She has been a RD for over 40 years and has worked in Public Health and Community settings in Montana and North Carolina. In 2012 she retired from over 30 years with the North Carolina Division of Public Health, where she was the Branch Head for Nutrition Services.
Alice enjoys travel and has an interest in geographical/cultural food habits and global nutrition.

Nikki Briggs, MS, RD

Recognized as one of PRWeek's 40 Under 40, Nicki Briggs is a driven brand marketing and communications leader and passionate food and nutrition expert. Nicki provides integrated, creative solutions for food and hospitality brands as an advisor, board member, consultant, and marketing leader.
Prior to starting her own practice, Nicki led brand communications for Chobani, helping to transform the once regional yogurt company into a one-billion dollar brand in less than five years.
Emily Anschlowar, MS, RD

Emily Whelan Anschlowar, MS, RDN, the founder of peacemeals, has over 12 years experience in the food industry with a diverse background ranging from foodservice and hospitality, personal cook and recipe developer, regulatory manager, production manager to adjunct instructor. She currently serves as an adjunct instructor at Molloy College, where she teaches budding nurses basic nutrition and communication techniques in the healthcare setting. In addition to appreciating the consumer, Emily served as a clinician for over 4 years and understands the nutritional challenges of the individual. She has worked with families and individuals helping them to achieve and maintain their health goals. With a focus on fast and easy at-home eating and cooking, Emily also helps families realize their full health potential. Emily is currently working on a Texas Pecan cookbook with her 85 year old great-uncle who continues to run a successful pecan and peach orchard near their family ranch in Central Texas.

Amy Lucas, RD, LD

Amy Lucas, RD, LD is a Regional Wellness Director with Compass Group overseeing multiple contracts for corporate health and wellness initiatives in the contract foodservice industry.  She also operates her own company, utilizing her culinary degree to customize plans and provide personal chef services for individuals looking to take controls of their kitchen and get back to the basics.  She cooks just about everything from scratch and enjoys sharing her culinary skills

Amaris Bradley, MPH, RD
Social Media Coordinator
Amaris Bradley, MPH, RD is Director of Partnerships at Partnership for a Healthier America, which works with the private sector and PHA Honorary Chair Michelle Obama to help end the childhood obesity crisis. Prior to PHA, Amaris was Senior Account Executive at Porter Novelli, where she supported health professional outreach for the agency’s food portfolio. Amaris earned her M.P.H. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her B.S. from Florida State University.
