The government websites provides federal food safety information, recalls, and alerts; you can also report problems with foods and food poisoning incidents.   This excellent website is a gateway that compiles federal food safety information in a clear and concise manner.

FDA Food Safety Modernization Act
The FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), the most sweeping reform of our food safety laws in more than 70 years.  FSMA aims to ensure the U.S. food supply is safe by shifting the focus from responding to contamination to preventing it.


Kid Friendly Food Safety Resources

Fight Bac! Partnership for Food Safety Education
The Fight Bac campaign offers resources and information to consumers regarding food safety. The kids section of the website provides curriculum, games, and activities for grades K-12.
