Members Only - Find Username or Password

In order to provide you with a password for the members-only section of the FCP site, we must verify that you are a current member. Please indicate your current ADA member ID # and your last name that was used when you last renewed your ADA membership.

Please Note: The ADA has recently switched to a new 8-digit membership number. For most members, you will simply add two zeros to the beginning of your membership number. For example, if your membership number was 123456, now begin using 00123456 to access the members only section of the FCP website.
