Are you Planning a FLING in 2010?

Get started on your FLING today! A FLING is a great way to network while exploring food and nutrition opportunities in a local area. In January, Philadelphia-area FCP members joined up with Nutrition Entrepeur members to learn how to deliver actionable nutrition messages through cooking presentations from Katie Cavuto Boyle, MS, RD, owner of Healthy Bites and “The Next Food Network Star” contestant. Attendees warmed up over chili, cornbread and an assortment of potluck goodies. Filippo Berio Olive Oil sponsored the evening by providing samples, recipes, coupons and information about the Mediterranean Diet.  For more information on FLINGS link here.
